Great customer service My friends and I went to Subaru of Kennesaw this Saturday after hiking Cloudland Canyon. It was just a thought that crossed my mind about going in to My friends and I went to Subaru of Kennesaw this Saturday after hiking Cloudland Canyon. It was just a thought that crossed my mind about going in to check out the XV Crosstrek since it seemed like it may fit my outdoor lifestyle a little better than my 3 door Veloster. I had no intentions of even buying a car that day but I would say the experience that I had with my salesman Ralph Kurland made this process a very smooth and fun process to buy a car. As soon as we walked out and started looking at the lot, Ralph approached us and really helped guide me to which car would have been a good fit for my liking and needs. As a consumer, that is the most important aspect that I could ask for. Ralph really cared about the car that fits my needs. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something that wasn't my style because it probably could have paid a higher commission. Anyways, within 3 hours of shopping, test driving and negotiating my price, I bought the car!!! I was able to get a wondering APR % through their loan vender, Chase and overall I am very satisfied with this dealership. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a smooth transaction. The Outback is a hot car right now, and we wanted a specific model and color (one that sells the minute it hits the lot). We were buyers from out of town, needing a car before our other car's lease ended, and as such we did not have the option of repeat dealership visits because of the time crunch and distance factors. Our salesman Ralph Kurland hunted high and low to find us just the car we were looking for, which we picked up a few weeks later. We were also impressed with how the employees worked together as a team to provide the best car-buying experience possible. Many thanks to Ralph, Joseph, John, and Carlos. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

By far the best car buying experience! I've bought plenty of cars new and used but dealing with Subaru of Kennesaw was not only a pleasant experience but also the best deal I could find! Ra I've bought plenty of cars new and used but dealing with Subaru of Kennesaw was not only a pleasant experience but also the best deal I could find! Ralph and his awesome sweaters negotiated a great deal for my new WRX and helped me save some major bucks on financing! I also worked with Louis who helped me out with the pricing of my trade in and gave me a deal which was exactly what I was looking for! I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone! First, the dealership: I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Kurland (sales), Carlos Torres (Finance), and Louis Kaissieh (GM) who are the consumma First, the dealership: I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Kurland (sales), Carlos Torres (Finance), and Louis Kaissieh (GM) who are the consummate professionals. They are polite, responsive, attentive, respectful, friendly, and above all, NOT pushy. They value honesty and integrity and did exactly what we agreed upon...no hidden fees, no last minute add-on's, and hassle-free, transparent negotiations. I purchased 2 x 2015 Foresters, and I plan to purchase another Forester for my youngest daughter in a few years, as well as the new Tribeca (when it comes out) for my wife. Second, the vehicles: I've been driving Subaru's for the past 20 years, and I can not say enough about their reliability/dependability, ruggedness, versatility, and practicality. These cars are little tanks when it comes to driving in poor wx conditions. My uncle, who lives in the mountains of Colorado, introduced me to the Subaru years ago when I was in college, and I've been driving them ever since ( 2 x Loyales, 1 x Impreza, 3 x Foresters). These cars are rock solid and give you complete confidence on the road. Third, the loyalty: If you're a Subaru owner, you know what I'm talking about; if not, you'll understand once you own one. My wife and I confidently put our oldest son and two daughters through their High School years in our '04 Forester, and we'll be doing the same with our youngest son starting next year. My oldest daughter just chose a 2015 Forester as her college graduation new car, and my youngest daughter informed us she will be doing the same upon her college graduation. We can't think of a safer, more practical vehicle for us, and especially, for our children. Final comments: Like most people, I'm extremely busy, so I rarely take the time to write surveys on products and/or services I've purchased. Nevertheless, this dealership went above and beyond to make this a total-value, hassle-free car buying experience, and I believe they deserve to be recognized. I received a great product at a very fair price, and with a 3-year Service Contract included....I price shopped for several months in multiple states (location was not a factor form me)...I could not find a better deal. Bottom Line: If you want a safe, reliable car that you can enjoy for a long time, and then re-sale or hand down to your kids later, then buy a Subaru; if you're going to buy a Subaru, then buy it from Subaru of Kennesaw...you will be a very satisfied consumer. More

Excellent experience This was my first Subaru buying experience. I had never considered Subaru previously. I'm glad I gave them a chance for my business. Ralph, my salesma This was my first Subaru buying experience. I had never considered Subaru previously. I'm glad I gave them a chance for my business. Ralph, my salesman, first listened to my needs and then provided the information I needed to make my buying decision. After three test drives (over two weeks) I ended up ordering just the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Very friendly and not antagonistic in any way. It was actually fun doing business with them. My take-away from this dealer is: honesty and integrity. It was quite refreshing after dealing with over seven dealerships while narrowing done what I wanted. I love my new 2015 Legacy. Much better than any of the cars I test drove. Consider a Subaru - you'll be happy that you did. And give Subaru (and Ralph) your business. I know I will again, in the future. Stephen More
