No one called me to cancel my appointment and they knew I was driving from over an hour away. I made that clear. Very disappointing for people to waste your time.

Upon reviewing the circumstances, we would like to clarify the sequence of events. When you called to confirm the availability of the vehicle, it was indeed still available. However, just a few minutes before you arrived, another customer had already come into our dealership to see and test drive the vehicle. We want to assure you that we have no control over when customers walk in to buy a vehicle.
At the time of your arrival, the customer who had test driven the vehicle had not yet made a decision to purchase it. We would have attempted to contact you if they had made that decision before you arrived. However, it is important to note that even if we had contacted you, the call would have come within a few minutes of your arrival here.
When you arrived, we immediately informed you of the situation and explained that the customer who had just returned from the test drive had the option to purchase the vehicle since they were already at the dealership. We also informed you that if they chose not to purchase it, the vehicle would have been available for you to purchase.
Unfortunately, shortly after you arrived, the customer made the decision to buy the vehicle. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that may have arisen due to the rapid turn of events. We understand that your time and effort in visiting our dealership are valuable, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
In an effort to make amends, we are committed to assisting you in finding another vehicle that meets your requirements. Our team will go above and beyond to locate a suitable alternative for you.
