After multiple attempts to talk to someone about the problem and arrange for them to fix it, I gave up and called one of their competitors and they quickly fixed our CRV. I now get ALL my servicing done elsewhere and I will not return there again. Side note: Mr Kang had hurt feelings when we turned in our review of him following our purchase and our review was very good I thought, but not good enough for him. He acted like a baby when we went there to pick up our new car and left us with a very bad taste our mouths. We are done with Honda of Freehold! More
