Sales team (including manager) could be little friendly and smile on the face. Did not make me and my wife comfortable as a customer. Let alone agreeing with the price I wanted after we have left the deal and smile on the face. Did not make me and my wife comfortable as a customer. This dealership is fantastic! I was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service drive, and they began working on my titan shortly afterwards. Everyone I came across made sure I was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service drive, and they began working on my titan shortly afterwards. Everyone I came across made sure I was being assisted and asked if they could be of help. The customer lounge was spacious, clean and they even had fancy coffee and snacks! I will be getting all of my service work done at Nissan of Cumming from now on. More

0/10 recommend this dealership! I’ve now had several bad experiences there. The biggest thing is this place is scamming and shady. I came into the dealership to purchase my lease. M I’ve now had several bad experiences there. The biggest thing is this place is scamming and shady. I came into the dealership to purchase my lease. My payoff quote from Nissan Financial was the same as my contractual payoff when I first signed for the lease. They had the same payoff amount listed on my paperwork. I get a call several days later saying my payoff was $824 more than what was in my paperwork and that I needed to come in and pay the difference. I said I wasn’t going to pay that because I already signed a contract, my original contract said my payoff was the same as my payoff quote and what the dealership told me. He said I know I’ve never seen this before but you have to come in and pay it. I again said no I will not and he said that my contract would be terminated if I didn’t. I told him to send me the paperwork to review and he said I had to come in, which I would not come in. Then I told him to send it to me and I would have my lawyer review it. Haven’t heard from them since. I called Nissan Financial directly a few hours after and they told me that my payoff quote would have been the same number as I the one I signed for and that they would have no idea where the extra $824 came from! I’ve also had where the sales person was basically calling me an idiot. When I went to purchase my lease, they said the purchase fee was $500 and told me I was wrong when I said it was $300. I had to show them in writing it was $300 for them to change it. And they acted like they had no idea how it was $500 and not $300. And lastly, their doc fee is $300 more than most dealerships in the area. More

After deciding which vehicle we wanted, we sat and waited and waited and by the time we we He knew exactly what we wanted after discussing our needs. After deciding which vehicle we wanted, we sat and waited and waited and by the time we were done with finance there wasn’t much more time or patience to go over car features. Also they ran out of snacks completely and we had to ask for refill. We greatly appreciated the bottled water offered. More
