Update on my situation:This company is a joke no one has reached out. I have been hung up on, told the GM there would call me within 10 mins a week ago. This situation has gotten out of hand and it seems li reached out. I have been hung up on, told the GM there would call me within 10 mins a week ago. This situation has gotten out of hand and it seems like a fraudulent situation that the better business buearu needs to be informed about and now i have to seek legal services due this situation. Please people stay clear of the dealership! This is my original situation that continues to get worse: I originally gave them one star because they sold me the wrong car "and then fixed the issue" after they made me feel like it was my fault and that I was lying, which they had me convinced, and i gave them five stars. Long story short we are back to one star only because zero stars isnt allowed. Victor the salesman doesn't know what he is doing or selling to the customers. I added a photo of text messages with vin of what I was looking for and when I got down there him and I had a conversation about how where I lived and how AWD will be the best through all the different weather then he sold me a FWD model. The one of the managers Moochi is either a liar or uninformed because after hours of arguing on the phone he said he got it all figured out and if I would pay the difference on the model with AWD that I was suppose to be sold in the first and I said of course mistakes happen but what matters is how they get fixed. He also promised multiple times because I asked him multiple time to reconfirm what he promised and guaranteed, which was that nothing would change with my payment date, my payment that I already made, and they even backdated the paperwork and sure enough everything changed my payment date, my first payment at the moment is M.I.A, MY CREDIT SCORE GOT HIT AGAIN!!!! This dealership was suppose to help improve my life and has drastically done the opposite to my life. I hope people really read this and stay clear of this dealership they are liars, make excuses, and guarantee false hopes and promises. So again, Victor is certainly a nice guy, but I went to buy a car, and he was misinformed and Moochi may have had good intentions, but he guaranteed certain things that were false. And the worst of them all is the General Manager Blake. He had no problem talking to me when I bought the first car, but when the issue arose from his employee's mistake, he would not take or return any of my calls. And then when I was in the new car with AWD, he called trying to say how appreciative he was for me buying a new car..... he didn't even remember my name from the huge issue that just happened at that dealership. He is fake, cheesy, and unprofessional i will never go buy another viechle from BellRoad Mitsubishi. I am going to reach out to the owner, or I hope he reaches out to me first. The proof is in my words in this review and the photos. And the screen shot of the car from this dealerships website is the wrong car they sold me at first and they are selling it as new because it's the same price as when they sold me this wrong viechle. I specifically ask for certain conditions to be met, and I was pleasantly surprised how well they took my request and followed it. I am also impressed about how candid the staff was with regards to the vehi I was pleasantly surprised how well they took my request and followed it. I am also impressed about how candid the staff was with regards to the vehicle purchase and what I can do with my current vehicle. Where there was an opportunity for them to make even more money on an unfair trade, they allowed me to make an informed decision and did not attempt to pressure any sales. More
