I began my automotive career in 1997 at Eddie Accardi Jeep Chrysler, where I built a strong foundation in sales and customer service. I later advanced to Sales Manager at Maroone Chrysler Jeep, where I gained hands-on experience with structuring leases and retail deals, submitting deals to banks, and mastering the art of closing. During that time, I also became a go-to problem solver, helping customers navigate issues and ensuring smooth experiences at the dealership. My journey continued with positions at Audi and Miami Lakes Auto Mall, where I expanded my skills in handling service-related challenges and deepened my commitment to putting customers first. With nearly three decades in the industry, I bring a strong mix of sales leadership, finance knowledge, and a people-first mindset that drives results and builds long-term relationships.
