Last week my wife & I went in to Daytona Nissan to look for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were lo for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were looking for, -He showed us a couple of each model we ask about, we test drove them and we settled on a Toyota Rav4 they had, we crunched the numbers & we were just too far apart. Now he asks -Have you thought about a Nissan Murano? & we had not it was not on the radar, so he shows us one and we drove it --My wife has now found exactly what she wants. So we start working that deal & we thought we had it done there was one contingency that they could not check on until the next day ( Monday)-We drove the car home and really liked it, but on Monday when we drove back to the dealership they could not do what the deal hinged on so we left with out old car--This was going to be a cash deal. Now eventhough we did not purchase a car from Daytona Nissan I want to make sure everyone know's that our saleman Ron & the sales mgr. Bryant were absolutely fantastic we could never ask for people at a car dealership to be nicer we felt no pressure and I would never have any issue with going back there and purchasing a car from them. --Ron & Bryant Thank you guys for the guidance and the time you spent trying to help us, it really is appreciated more then you know. Jake W was a great salesman. He made us feel comfortable and made the process very easy. George Notaras did his job well beyond my expectations! He was very knowledgeable,courteous and prompt...I was impressed.. I bought the vehicle before the end of the day! I tried to make a reasonable offer on a 2021 vehicle that had over 18,000 miles on it for it's age. Things with the sale were going well until Trey the (Internet Sales Manager) got involved. The price advertised was 23,444 on line, on the car windshield it was 29,999, and then they said it was 23,569. Trey said because he paid (personally) 25,000 for the car, he could not except my offer of 23,000. The car brand new sold for 30,333. They are trying to get almost that for a two year old car with over 42,000. I showed them a car similar minus about 400.00 in options, out the door 22,430. A dealer ship in their own network sold a 20 Dodge Challenger with 32,000 miles on it, for around 22,000. While trying to speak logically with Trey ,he got upset and told me that I was demanding a better price and threatened to hang up on me. This goes against what this dealership states, which is it's not about the cars it's about the people. Not in this case it seems. I offered 23,000 out the door which is a good price for a vehicle listed as a prior rental. I hope someone finds this review useful when deciding to buy a car from this dealership. More

Across the board, my experience was fantastic! I drove an hour from home as I was on a mission and knew what I was looking for. I believe Rafael, my salesman, was 100% honest with me. He was patient, accommodating and at times overextended his services. Paperwork went by quicker than I’ve ever experienced, and their incredible team made sure I didn’t leave that lot until all my concerns were addressed and all of my questions were answered. I was a loyal customer for 16 years to another company but looking forward to joining the Nissan family. I would refer any family or friends to Rafael and the whole Nissan team in Daytona! More

Daytona Nissan sold me a lemon. I tried to get them to take it back within the first 2 days with no luck. I’ve had my car now for 8 months and it’s been in the shop more then I can I tried to get them to take it back within the first 2 days with no luck. I’ve had my car now for 8 months and it’s been in the shop more then I can count. including a week after I got it which they kept for almost 2 months and the issue never got fixed. they always came up with some bogus story. any time I try to take it in they tell me they can’t work on it even though I paid for the extra maintenance and warranty through them. I’ve tried to cancel and nobody ever answers the phone. now this car has left me stranded once again… don’t ever use them! I will never recommend them to anyone. they don’t care about what they are selling you. horrible! More
