We were under the impression that the maintenance service included an Uber ride to and from the location. However, Rafael, the person assisting us, suggested we walk to a restaurant about 10 minutes away and even discouraged us by asking if we had someone who could pick us up. He even went so far as to suggest driving our own car to take us there. We had to ask multiple times about the Uber service before he finally ordered it, but it was handled in such an unprofessional manner. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience.
