While I was waiting he sent me a video update of what was happening during service to my car and what the findings were. At check out he advised me of what was needed for my next service. The time taken to diagnose the problem with my windshield wiper squirter was way too long. It took one and a half hours before I heard anything about it. Bought my '21 WRX a few years ago and have had nothing but 5* service. Got a deal on my car at a time when other dealers were marking up. Got more for my trade than I was expecting.
