I had a very bad experience from Rafael Carrizales Yerena. I was trying to make an online purchase and had some questions on the estimate. But this sales person was very rude and completely unprofessi Yerena. I was trying to make an online purchase and had some questions on the estimate. But this sales person was very rude and completely unprofessional. He doesn’t have the patience to explain the details of the breakdown. Unfortunately, I have to move on searching with other dealers because of this salesman’s behavior. I hope this will help the future prospects. More

It took 4 hours to get an oil change, and the associate John Garcia, was impersonal and rude. I had a issue with the breaks, he didn't clarify if they check the breaks.
