I have always been very happy with White Family Body Shop. They alway do exceptional work, especially with fit and finish. The paint job looks even more impressive than the original factory finish. I always get compliments on how stunning the paint looks, more so in the sun light, which enhances the look of the metal flake. Most importantly, they care for my vehicle like it was their own. Sometime ago I had a problem with my car. I was fortunate to be helped by Service Advisor Racquel Hossler. I retained her business card. When I recently had a related issue, I called her. I was fortunate to be helped by Service Advisor Racquel Hossler. I retained her business card. When I recently had a related issue, I called her. My problem forced me to have the car towed in on Monday. As luck would have it, I had previously scheduled out patient surgery on Wednesday, and a PET test the next day. I was without transportation. Ms Hossler obtained a courtesy car rental for me on Tuesday. I was able to make both medical appointments while my car was being serviced. As with my first dealership visit, Ms Hossler worked diligently to solve my car problem. I am very grateful for the way I was treated at a very stressful time for me. A special thanks to Ms Hossler and to Dave White Chevrolet for having such a caring employee. More
