2nd time back for same issue when service associate previously said it was fixed. I even received a text that it was fixed. It was not. We requested To speak to the service manager before leaving but after waiting for a time my husband was told the manager was not there. We purchased a used van for our business here. 2.5 months later the motor blew and needed replaced. They stated that all used vehicles are sold as is. I understand that, however, they should last 2.5 months later the motor blew and needed replaced. They stated that all used vehicles are sold as is. I understand that, however, they should last more than 3000 miles. After approximately 4 months of trying to get a hold of the used sales manager, they offered to replace the motor basically for the cost of parts. I was quoted 6200 dollars. After a few weeks of work, I went to pick the vehicle up. 8800ish dollars was the price. I asked why it was so much more than the quoted price. They said maybe taxes? After some digging they also replaced the radiator, battery, and some gaskets. Nobody informed me of this. After some discussion they came down to 7000. The communication with this dealership is awful. I would also be weary of their used vehicles when it comes to the quality. Buyer beware More
