Rachel was absolutely fantastic. 100% above and beyond as far as the sales person I'd give them one no follow up no nothing as far as the vehicle that I purchased there's been over $ 100% above and beyond as far as the sales person I'd give them one no follow up no nothing as far as the vehicle that I purchased there's been over $15,000 in repairs in my 90 day warranty and in that 90 days, my son probably had his truck about 2 1/2 weeks. It was very difficult to get in touch with Jason and I had to actually threaten to put a review online with the salesman in which case Jason called me within 5 to 10 minutes I brought the truck back in. They did a complete extremely thorough inspection. I think the table was about eight $900. They picked up the entire tab so that was good, but the fact that this truck needed lifters needed camshaft when they got put back together, which took a good three 3 1/2 weeks I needed a torque converter and then when I got the torque converter, it still didn't run right I need a brand new spark plugs, then have to speak to Jason. I brought it into his dealership instead of the GMC and it needed a new battery. I mean you people don't check this stuff out. The experience was not enlightening. I'll tell you that please feel free to contact me at 727-657-8663. I requested another 90 day warranty, which I think was justifiably sold, I wasn't asking too much. Never even got back to me on that so not impressed with your customer service however, Rachel, if you could do a scale of one to 10 I'd give her 100. She's phenomenal. More

Upon arrival the whole check in process was excellent.
