It took 2 additional trips to the dealer before we could get a document stating what our nearly $5000 extended warranty included. On the first return trip, we were given a sales brochure showing the different plains. On the second trip, we finally got a printed form, including our name, etc. showing us what we had purchased. We feel this should have been included with all the paperwork we received the day we picked up the vehicle.
