We were treated with disresprect and rudness of two sales employees (Abdul and Phiilip). our price difference was $500 and we wanted to negotiate it. Abdul told us to either buy the car or leave the store. T employees (Abdul and Phiilip). our price difference was $500 and we wanted to negotiate it. Abdul told us to either buy the car or leave the store. Then phillip showed out of no where and tear down the negotiation paper without talking to us and then walking away and vaping. Wowwww.. No manager takes responsibility for these two employees actions. More

I had pleasant experience and found the staff friendly and helpful. However they were not very knowledgeable about the car I purchased an F type Jaguar) and they failed to reveal that the gps was not fu and helpful. I Bought a car from this dealership on 12/7/2022, and the sales person was great her name is Rosa. She was very helpful and knowledgable. However I experienced racism from their finance guy. I do not know his full name but when i asked they told me his name is Paul. I was sitting in his office with my brother in law and we are both spanish speakers. His first language is spanish so that is how we communicate. This seemed to bother Paul as he went on to say to say it was disrespectful and made him uncomfortable for us to speak in a language other than his. When I brought up freedom of speech, he responded with “this is my office”. We are living in 2022 and I can not believe that ALM would allow such a situation to happen on premises. I complained to someone who said they would talk to him, but I wouldn’t want another person who doesn’t speak english or barely knows the language to go through the same. More

This company is a scam. I purchased 2 vehicles from the ALM Buford. 2020 GMC Yukon, and 2018 F150. Transmission on 2020 GMC Yukon truck totally damaged and needs full repl I purchased 2 vehicles from the ALM Buford. 2020 GMC Yukon, and 2018 F150. Transmission on 2020 GMC Yukon truck totally damaged and needs full replacement. The owner has not yet reached out or followed up. Suzanne avoided me and my wife...knowing this truck was damaged. My wife has called this office for weeks trying to get this 49k financed trucked resolved I am reporting this business to the FTC and contact an attorney for this fraudulent salesmanship on cars sold at this business/ALM Buford. EASY CARE IS A HORRIBLE EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY. THE TRUCK IS IN THE SHOP AND THEY ARE CHALLENGING THE DAMAGE TRANSMISSION RESULTS. I WILL NEVER REFER A PERSON TO THIS COMPANY. More
