i have been going to this dealership for 23 years. i never had a problem until buying my last car. I came in to buy my dream car a HONDA CIVIC SPORT SEDAN with trading in my car.I spoke to the sales i never had a problem until buying my last car. I came in to buy my dream car a HONDA CIVIC SPORT SEDAN with trading in my car.I spoke to the sales man telling him many times what car I wanted and how much I love the civics.he even sais yiu want a CIVIC SPORTS SEDAN and in black. we agreed on a fair deal and said i would like the car in 2 days.they said no problem just go to the bank today and get a check and come back for the paper work.Well every thing was fine until I went home and read all my papers and noticed on 1 paper stating iI jwas just sold ACCORD HYBRID.no way in our negotiations to I say I wanted a ACCORD HYBRID. The next morning I called my sale person who said come down and we will fix the mistake. well the Manager came to me and said we cant fix the mistake and give you the car you wanted.I told him what I said to him what car I wanted. he said if AI PAID HIM 4,000 MORE we can fix everything.at this point I was so upset I just wanted my new car and get the xxxx out of there. When I got home and read the paper work they charged me 39,000 for a 30.100 car. so 39.000 minus 10,000 for te trade in plus add ons I paid for the car 33,000. If everything when the way it should of it should of been 30.100 minus 10,000 for the trade in plus tax ans add ons should of owed them around 23,000. i actually paid them 10,000 more for the car and they got my trade in for nothing I learned my lesson from this place they will try to take every penny from you. please advoid this dealership if you dont want to get screwed like I did.... When a person puts $500 down toward a car on a credit card, they should not be charged a $20 surcharge for using a credit card. When I offered to include the $500 in my total check of $5,000 toward the c card, they should not be charged a $20 surcharge for using a credit card. When I offered to include the $500 in my total check of $5,000 toward the car, the finance manager told me that I could not get a refund of my credit card payment of $520. I was very displeased about that. The car itself is beautiful. Delivery was seamless. Robert Ray, my salesperson, was pleasant and courteous. Overall, I'm giving the dealership and Robert Ray four-star ratings. If the surcharge on my credit card could be reversed, you could get a five-star rating. More

Robert Ray spent all the time with us we needed to arrive at a great deal! He was constantly reassuring us everything would work out and it DID! Everyone here is really friendly (Jordi in Finance) and everyo at a great deal! He was constantly reassuring us everything would work out and it DID!
