We have been very happy with Stateline Subaru until recently. The new person in the service department needs to spend more time listening to the customer and less time talking about himself and how muc recently. Robert H was the most knowledgeable, helpful and personable service representative I have dealt with in the 40 years I have had my vehicles serviced at dealerships. Our 2020 Forrester needed it's 60,000 mile service and since we bought the car there we decided to use Stateline's service facility. All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were receptiv since we bought the car there we decided to use Stateline's service facility. All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were receptive to us pointing out small tears on the passenger seat and the arrangement of a loaner car. The only downside was the initial scheduling of the appointment. The scheduler called us at 5:45 am (Pacific Time) because we live in Oregon. More

I love being at this beautifully decorated dealership while my Subaru receives maintenance. It is spotlessly clean and wonderfully warm on cold days because of the huge, brick fireplace, filled with (re while my Subaru receives maintenance.
