He does not represent the brand . You need someone who has a personality and enthusiasm, who exudes the luxury of the vehicles. I believe his name was Joe. That will tell you the lackluster impression he made. Rather dull, boring and unappreciative of my purchase . I should be welcomed with a smile each and every time I enter the showroom. After my purchases, he had seen me twice within less than an hour . Not a word. He was alone walking around the showroom. Walked right by me . Absolutely no excuse for being rude. At least fake it. Or be phony.. obviously he has had no public relations experience ever. More
