Ricky & team were truly a pleasure to work with! We called a week prior looking for a specific color and SUV and they had one coming in a week, so we quickly put down a deposit. Once the car arrived, we were notified immediately. Full end to end process was under 2 hours!! I work with Ricky Saravia and he did an amazing job. I was in the market for a 2023 cr-v touring sport. I called a ton of dealerships, most of which wouldn't talk price or sales unless I came into the stores. Ricky not only worked with me to get a quote via phone and text, but sent me pictures of the paperwork as the price was being worked out. He went above and beyond while working out a fair price (most other dealerships wouldn't even counter offer.) Highly recommended!! More
