The only thing positive I had with Mike rose Ford was Amber. My salesperson and the general manager. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I need modifications for my vehicle.So that I can drive it. That was Amber. My salesperson and the general manager. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I need modifications for my vehicle.So that I can drive it. That was the worst experience ever. I was frustrated with the staff members including some managers when I was transferring my stuff from my vehicle that I traded, into the new vehicle. The only person that was willing to help was our salesperson Amber. But nobody else was willing to give me a lending hand until the end. After I already got done struggling to get my personal belongings transferred over. I'm wheelchair-bound, and it's pretty sad that people were just sitting there and watching, you struggle. The other problem about this dealership, they don't have handicap parking. I was parked next to the front Door and they got upset with me parking there. This place has no respect for disabled combat veterans. This will be the last time I ever work with this dealership. More
