The dealership is wonderful to work with. Everyone is polite and very hospitable. The tech who worked on my car was super busy but did a wonderful job. The only downside was that I had an appointment for 9:30 (which I made 2 weeks prior) and it still took them 2 and half hours to complete an oil change. This is at no fault to the techs, they just need more help! This is a trustworthy service center and the only one I trust with my car, so I will deal with the wait! More

Service advisor did not inform me of the time it would take to complete my 100,000 mile service. She did not return my texts or calls. The status tool was blank - no updates available. No one answered when I called the service department twice and when they did answer on the 3rd try, they told me they did not know how long it would be. The car had been there for 7 hours at that point. More

We brought our car in for an inspection after hitting a pothole. We were told the only issue was two bent wheels. We waited two weeks for the installation of these two wheels. Two weeks for two wheels! Thi pothole. We were told the only issue was two bent wheels. We waited two weeks for the installation of these two wheels. Two weeks for two wheels! This seems unreasonable to us. Having said that, the people we spoke to were friendly and courteous. Except for being repeatedly transferred to different people before eventually speaking to someone who would help, they were helpful. More
