Stepping up to the plate! My Tundra was serviced very quickly. Then...I had to wait around because my service rep was busy crawling under a nearby vehicle. This was reminisce My Tundra was serviced very quickly. Then...I had to wait around because my service rep was busy crawling under a nearby vehicle. This was reminiscent of a previous experience when I had to wait more than 30 minutes because my rep was tied up in a meeting with the Service Manager. This time, however, another service rep (Should have gotten his name.) stepped up and asked why I was waiting. I mentioned my rep under the car and this rep immediately retrieved my paper work getting me on my way forthwith!!! Good show!!! More
