He took his time and went over every single detail and had an answer to every question we asked. I would recommend Quincy to anyone that wants to buy a car from A-1 Toyota. Carlos Orozco also helped us with the finance part. He was also very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question we had. Carlos and Quincy make a great team and both make you feel like family. Both also were great with children, we had my 6 year old nephew with me and they included him in the conversations and interacted with him so he wasn't board. Both are amazing, friendly, and really do care. More

I suppose that's exactly how we ended up with 2, A-1 Toyotas! They are so respectful, friendly and efficient. I couldn't imagine ever writing such a positive review for a dealership, but it's that simple. Even in their follow-up, we have been well taken care of and feel valued. At that time, I thought I was just lucky to have found a convenient dealearship with a cordial, professional staff who never made my heart rate go up with expensive repairs, long waits and discussions of potential car emergencies!!! Quincy has very strongly reinforced the value of my A1 relationship and I will not hesitate to recommend him and A1. I am so, so glad that I was able to work with him. Additionally, Angel was just that...an angel. Like Quincy, his soft-spokenness and interest in my personal car needs was very impressive. Quincy, my sales representative, assured me each price was A-1 Toyota's best offer and that there would be no pressure of haggling. I came a long way to find the right vehicle at A-1 Toyota. I was able to put money down to hold the car I wanted so that I could do a little more shopping around the state, but came back and made my final purchase a week later. This flexibility made the pressure of buying a car a lot less stressful! More
