We dealt with Quentin and Jose over the phone and Tony and Richard in person on trading in our 2009 CR-V for a new 2013 CR-V. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and attention to detail and Richard in person on trading in our 2009 CR-V for a new 2013 CR-V. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and attention to detail we received from everyone involved. The guys were very accomodating and easy to work with, and we will continue to recommend Honda Cars of Bellevue and these gentlemen in particular to our friends and family. We have also had (and will continue to have) all of our services done here in the past (oil changes, etc.) and those folks do a fantastic job as well. We will DEFINITELY be coming back when we need our next vehicle. Great service and honest, fair treatment - who could ask for anything more??? More
