Quay actually came on his day off and stayed after work hours to complete my buying process. He even replied to my texts that I was sending him late at nights. Also there was great amount of help from Shaun, who guided us through the financing and credit application process, whenever required. Both Quay and Shaun figured out different options for the approval of our cred app. Also at the end, Jennifer, the Finance Manger, talked us through the entire financing process and made our life easier.
