I am very disappointed by the service this time and I've been customer of Casey Kia service for 10 years. I bought the car to repair the A/C after I explained the problem and that it happen after 20/30 min been customer of Casey Kia service for 10 years. I bought the car to repair the A/C after I explained the problem and that it happen after 20/30 min run on the road. They kept the car for a whole day, and they returned without finding any problem, but $400 bill for nothing. So, I took it to the road, until the problem came back and took it to service showing the problem. They asked me to bring it back in a couple of days, a Thursday, with the promise to call me back, the evening or next day, which neither happen, so I called on Saturday without an answer. I asked if I can get a courtesy car, and I was denied because they have to call the insurance, and they didn't have any. I was the whole weekend without a car. On Monday, I went in person at midday (no call yet) to tell me that I have to bring it back with the issue, because they cannot reproduce the problem. Next day, I did the same, driving for some time and then take it to the shop. Finally they call me back to tell me the repair will be $2600 and the insurance only pays $900, which I cannot afford, mostly because I am still paying for it (sure, an used car bought from Casey Kia, who was the one who suggested me to buy the insurance which "cover" the A/C). Since I cannot afford that expense, I took it back, naturally, paying $400 more for the diagnose (the one not got it the first time). So, I spend $700 and nothing came from it. It is not that the mechanics should not be pay by their time, but paying twice when the problem was declared twice. And it is a car I bought 6 months ago. I cannot blame the personal if they don't have the power to take some decisions... I think the advisor was legal, but he should consider that I paid twice for just being diagnose, the time I lost and the inconvenience of not being informed and kept without a car for 5 days. So, TODAY, I cannot recomend the Service Center, when before I always being happy. More
