I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. I was told that a car was being held for me and I had an appointment scheduled for a test drive. When I came back, ready to sign and purchase, I was belittled, laughed at, and told someone is currently buying the car and there’s nothing they could do for me. Q and the Sales Manager Ryan barely even gave me any respect- no eye contact, interrupting me constantly, no apology, and no sense of remorse or empathy. The worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. More
