I had a service bundle with you guys and I already checked with the service lady and made sure that I still have one more service in my bundle, also I agreed with her to do tire rotation, the next day checked with the service lady and made sure that I still have one more service in my bundle, also I agreed with her to do tire rotation, the next day I came to get my car and surprised to know from her that my last bundle was used before! And when I came home I discovered that they did not do tire rotation for me!!! More

The hood support was broken and during the last service the oil pan protection was screwed on poorly and repairs were needed. You have to wait 3 hours for a regular oil change, in any other service it take the oil pan protection was screwed on poorly and repairs were needed. You have to wait 3 hours for a regular oil change, in any other service it takes 15 minutes and you don't need to schedule any appointments. More
