He was quick to introduce himself and ask how my day was going. Impressive! I told him exactly what I was looking for and he proceeded to educate me on the Kona, then set up a test drive. I love it the Kona and it exceeded my expectations. Mr. Westry continued to educate me about the Kona as we drove. He did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable to be a woman in a dealership. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely do business with him again. Mr. Westry was a stellar Sales Associate and an an asset to the Palmer's Hyundai Family.
