I recently had my 2016 Honda CR-V repaired at Zeigler Honda, and while I appreciated the initial service and communication, I have concerns about the pricing for the starter replacement. After the timing chain repair, the starter failed the following day, and the car had to be towed back. Diagnostics determined the starter needed replacement, and I was quoted $1,500 for 4 hours of labor, with my final bill totaling $1,532. Other Honda dealerships I contacted quoted approximately $1,000 for the same work with a labor estimate of 2 hours. Additionally, the starter part itself was priced $200 higher at Zeigler compared to other quotes. When I asked about the discrepancies, I was told, “That’s just what the tech said,” which did not provide clarity or align with standard labor time guides I referenced. While I value the effort to price-match initially on the timing chain repair and the willingness to assist with the starter issue, these inconsistencies have left me questioning the fairness of the pricing practices. Was I overcharged to make up for the price match? I would appreciate further review and clarification regarding my invoice. Thank you for your time. More

I recently had service done on my 2018 Honda Accord that was quite pricey. 1 week later I returned for another issue regarding my tire that was completely taken care of because I purchased a tire protection was quite pricey. 1 week later I returned for another issue regarding my tire that was completely taken care of because I purchased a tire protection plan when purchasing the vehicle at end of lease. I remembered at that time that the protection plan I had purchased also included other coverage. I inquired with my Service Advisor. I was told that the Service Advisor that took care of me when I had issues with a tie/rod would be handling the call to AUL Service Protection and he would be calling me back. Never got the phone call. Eventually I called Honda, unhappy with both Service Advisors I decided to get a hold of the General Manager. Within 24hrs my issue was resolved. That is great Customer Service ! My husband and I will continue to go to Ziegler for our vehicle needs. Thank you to Matt G.M. at Zeigler as well as both Service Advisors Prince and Tim. More
