Service review Called Elk Grove Toyota a week ago to schedule my 5000 maintenance and when I asked how long it will take, I was told it could take from 2-2 1/2 hours Called Elk Grove Toyota a week ago to schedule my 5000 maintenance and when I asked how long it will take, I was told it could take from 2-2 1/2 hours so I was glad when I came in and it only took less than hour. The service was fast and efficient. The only thing I wished they would have done was when I got my free car wash, they need to dry the car. I was left with water spots once it dried so I had to get another car wash. But overall I had a good experience. More

Thorough and fast I came in for a regular maintenance on Saturday without an appointment. After a quick chat with the advisor, he was able to get me on a departing shu I came in for a regular maintenance on Saturday without an appointment.
