I’m very disappointed with your service and will not be back there again. Nor will my other friends and family members who have kia cars after this! What’s the point of having a personal rep if they wri back there again. Nor will my other friends and family members who have kia cars after this! What’s the point of having a personal rep if they write up the order wrong no matter how many times I tell them I only want the oil changed. then I talk to a rude manager there who won’t release my car until I pay the $200+ which is more that the $89 oil change And this is the second time I’ve dealt with this same thing there. You hit it correct a few times in between bit the rudeness was uncalled for yesterday! More

They just want to reap you apart on anything and that is all their priority. First on the service side then on extremely expensive parts then a sales person trying to force you to trade your car with no nec all their priority.
