All aspects of my HRV Sport purchase were outstanding at Waldorf Honda. Stormy Hamilton, Elaine Knaus & Dylan Workman provided exceptional assistance & customer care as did Preston and Robin Stroud in the Waldorf Honda. Stormy Hamilton, Elaine Knaus & Dylan Workman provided exceptional assistance & customer care as did Preston and Robin Stroud in the service Department. Stormy, Elaine & Robin ensured that my CRV could be serviced while I purchased my HRV. This store went above and beyond in their care, attention and customer service and I have observed them as such since I first connected with them in December 2023. Stormy was timely and efficient in responding to my inquiries, answering questions both via text and phone calls. Elaine focused on streamlining the purchase while we were in the store and attended to every question and need. I have been highly recommending them since December 2023 & will continue to do so. More

This is the best of the best dealerships I've ever been to. I have been buying cars from Hawaii (my home). Been to San Diego, Washington state. Now, here in Maruland. The Honda company is the only company that made me feel valued. The staff are very friendly. This dealership is 10/10 for me. Love the service and the easy transactions.
