Looks good on the outside start to finish regarding sales needs major improvement. Lacks in follow through/communication. Came in to purchase a truck. Customers do not get treated the same. You see all the needs major improvement. Lacks in follow through/communication. Came in to purchase a truck. Customers do not get treated the same. You see all these people they took pictures of their vehicle purchase. The truck we purchase needed a part that took over a month to get the part. I was called that the part was in but never called to get the part installed. I spent more time to correct what the employees could not communicate and get done. Title work not completed correctly by the dealership and no phone call from them to go the extra mile. Purchase in May still having complications of getting plates and title after I completely paid off the truck. They get their money and get people to sign on the dotted line and then they don’t answer their phones. Sadly customers have to throw a fit to get anything done with this company. I am in the market for another vehicle and will be looking elsewhere to spend my money. Not a company that is looking to keep their customers as re-occurring patrons. More
