And, the 2017 CRV us just stunning - as close to a Mercedes as you will get; at half the price!. Kudos. More

Annoyed to help me I've driven nothing but Hondas for over 20 years. It's been ten years since I last bought one and they've changed quite a bit. I went by Leith with two models in mind but didn't know what features came with either model. Porter seemed annoyed that I was trying to decide between two models and didn't already have my mind made up. Then when I didn't know whether I wanted an LX or EX he seemed really annoyed. Since features aren't all that important to me, before bothering with the trim packaged I said that I'd like to drive the two different models to see if I could eliminate one based on how it drives, this annoyed him too. He then insisted that I choose a color, and was again annoyed that I hadn't already chosen a color in advance. All in all, it appeared that he didn't want to help us with any aspect of our purchase. I had no intention of going to another dealership to find a car, but his negative attitude made me much more open to shopping elsewhere. I did, and for the first time in my life, I'm no longer driving a Honda. More

New Car I visited Leith Honda in search for a gently used car. I had already searched their website to narrow my options and landed on a 2012 certified used H I visited Leith Honda in search for a gently used car. I had already searched their website to narrow my options and landed on a 2012 certified used Honda Civic. Prior to visiting, I test drove the same model and year car from other car lots. The car at Leith was hands down much better quality than the others I had looked at which I was expecting since it was a certified used Honda. I worked with Porter Good, who from the start was very cordial. I told him the exact car I wanted to look at, and we straight to it with no hesitation. After a quick once over, we went for a test drive; it was a decent drive with the option of getting a little interstate driving included. Afterwards, we started on the paperwork. This was my first buying experience, and it seemed pretty straight forward with the only complaint being there was a lot of waiting. Pricing was comparable and negotiable. I traded my old car in and was a little low balled on the price, but was able to negotiate it up some. Considering it saved me the trouble of having to sale it on my own I took what I could get. Sorry for the lengthy review but overall, this was a great experience. Easy to talk to employees that provided a stress free and non pressuring atmosphere. Very well priced vehicles and negotiable. Only negative experience was the waiting. More
