Mr. Reed was great, but I hate the almost deceptive practice that all dealers seem to have of having Sales praise cars' reliability and Finance denigrate it to sell extended warranties on which one has practice that all dealers seem to have of having Sales praise cars' reliability and Finance denigrate it to sell extended warranties on which one has to make an instant decision. We might well have bought one had there been more time to consider. On the other hand, Nathan was great--he really knew the car and had lots of technical knowledge at the tip of his finger.
