I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from Ron Wesley and Pierre Mazranny on December 21, 2024. I was informed that the two scratches (paint imperfections) on my used car would be repaired as part of the sale agre Mazranny on December 21, 2024. I was informed that the two scratches (paint imperfections) on my used car would be repaired as part of the sale agreement. Since December 21st, I have called almost every day to speak to a representative in the service department to schedule the repair work. On Saturday, January 11th I arrived at the dealership at 7am (one hour from my home) and was told that the repair work had not been approved and was not in the system. In fact, the car I had purchased previously was still in the system and there was NO record of my new purchase at all. Since the 11th, I have been calling every day and not once has a representative helped me or even added my new car to the system. One service associate took a picture of the VIN number and yet when I call, all the associates tell me that they don't see a car in the system. I am beyond disappointed as this is the second car I have bought from this dealership that I thought I could trust. I am still in shock that after purchasing a vehicle from this company that they don't even have a record of it. I will not be returning there for any service. I will attempt a location that at least knows what vehicle I am calling about!!!!!!! More

They added $4000 worth of fees( services)to the advertised online price, and I don't mean taxes and registration! Pretty shadey, but I guess they gotta pay for a Maclaren somehow!! Don’t do business with this dealer. Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. Steve is a horrible manager. He’s verbally aggressive and unprofessional. Steve lied to me and had me waiting unnecessarily for months for a part covered under my warranty. He also was verbally aggressive when I asked him about the part and yelled me when I was advocating to be treated with respect and professionalism. More
