I have bought at least 6 cars at this dealer. They were rude and sold a car I wanted but needed to wait 12 hours. Alec Fine was rude and downright mean. He called the wrong phone number to reach me. I then worked with every sales manager other than my initial sales person Ahmad. He tried but can’t seem to be able to handle any issue without talking to a sales manager. I buy a car every 3 years - usually an audi. The dealership is very close to my home. This sale was horrendous. I ultimately had to wait for another car for 2 months with no choice of color. I extended my lease on my audi until the new one arrived this week., Alec took advantage of the COVID SITUATION AND A DEARTH OF CARS. I picked up my car December 20 and Alec came over to thank me and he should have been apologizing. The thank you was an afterthought and insincere. Another strike against the dealership. I will go for service- the department has much improved over the years. More
