I never thought I'd buy a Lexus because I thought they were outside my price range, and because I was raised GM-only. However, after doing some research, I was considering buying a Lexus UX 250h if the pr were outside my price range, and because I was raised GM-only. However, after doing some research, I was considering buying a Lexus UX 250h if the price was right, and Jordan Lexus' price couldn't be beat. Seriously, their F Sport UX was better priced than all dealers *and* private sellers in the Midwest. I had to wait on hold for a little longer than expected to find out if the vehicle was still available, but once I chatted with Kenny, the process was seamless. The facilities were top notch. The car was perfect. Andrew, the manager, brought hot chocolate to my little girls and even asked them how hot they wanted it. Kenny, our salesman, was both professional and personable. Not a lot of wiggle room to negotiate the price, but that was expected since the car was such a good deal. Tyler, the financial specialist, made everything super easy to understand and worked super quickly. Overall, the best dealership experience I've ever had, and we love the car. More
