I definitely had a special experience since my dad is the lead technician on the Ford side, and I’ve known the GM and most of the shop since I was a kid, but they really treat all of their customers like family, and care about finding the perfect fit. The no-haggle “Jordan Way” also makes it really stress-free. They make sure you have all of the information up-front, which I really appreciate. Thank you to Cory Hayden (general manager) and Wendi Burns (pre-owned sales) for helping us find the perfect car and making the process so easy, and to the technicians, John Wise, and my dad (Steve Kehr) for looking the car over so well to be sure it was safe and ready to go.
