I think Philip did great . But if I had one complaint. The store took forever. Finance department backed up . We got there 830-845 am and we didn’t get finished up until 400pm But if I had one complaint. The store took forever. Finance department backed up . We got there 830-845 am and we didn’t get finished up until 400pm . In full disclosure I did obtain my own finance but upon returning, we sat for what we felt was longer than we should have. Again, Philip was professional and friendly but it should not take a whole day to purchase a vehicle. Big store , busy place. Be prepared for a long visit. More

These people go above & beyond the call of duty in making sure that you are happy with your service. Not only the service department but paint and body shop also. The young lady over there is top notch. I ha sure that you are happy with your service. Not only the service department but paint and body shop also. The young lady over there is top notch. I have lived in Davidson county my whole life & it's awesome to see what started out as a small family business in the early 1980's has grown to become the best place to purchase a vehicle in North Carolina. Even though it's now a much larger business, the approach to customer service & customer satisfaction has not waived at all. I'm sure Jerry is smiling from ear to ear in HEAVEN! More

I called back the day after the sale no one called me back. So I called back the next day spoke the Phillip about what happened to the floor mats and the cargo cover that should have been the car. Said h back. So I called back the next day spoke the Phillip about what happened to the floor mats and the cargo cover that should have been the car. Said he would check on it and let me know . Also sent photos of the front fender missing a clip. Have not heard back. More

Good place if. Just expect to not get the car you went up there for. Went up there for a Kia that was cheaper and ended up spending about 8,000 more on something.
