I am writing to share my experience regarding a recent vehicle purchase and the subsequent services I received at your dealership. While I initially had high expectations, the process was marred by severa vehicle purchase and the subsequent services I received at your dealership. While I initially had high expectations, the process was marred by several challenges that I feel need to be addressed to improve customer satisfaction. Sales and Communication Issues I was assigned to a rookie sales associate instead of a more experienced representative, which added unnecessary complexity to the process. Communication throughout the experience was poor. For instance, it took over three hours to finalize my approval, during which I often had to track down the sales associate for updates. Errors in Documentation The initial paperwork had the wrong VIN, resulting in a temporary tag and registration with incorrect details. This could have caused significant legal issues if I had been pulled over. "We Owe" Follow-Up Issues The promised repairs and parts were not handled efficiently. The repainting of the door handle was completed, but the emblem was not ordered ahead of time, requiring multiple visits to resolve the issue. Service Department Concerns During my service visits, the service advisor was unprofessional and dismissive. On both occasions, I was met with unwarranted hostility, making the process unnecessarily unpleasant. Finance Department as a Positive Note The finance manager was the only staff member who provided clear information and handled their responsibilities professionally. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the overall lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail left me extremely dissatisfied. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month, and I am still waiting on a resolution regarding my check and the LoJack setup. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns and a clear resolution plan. Additionally, I hope these issues can be used to improve the experience for future customers. More

I thought I was buying from a reputable dealership. However, 3 days after I bought my Jeep it started OVERHEATING. No one seemed to have ANY empathy or a care in the world. I wasn't getting any respons However, 3 days after I bought my Jeep it started OVERHEATING. No one seemed to have ANY empathy or a care in the world. I wasn't getting any response from Cesar Schultz, who I bought the car from. So, I spoke to the original woman who gets you in the door, told her I can't get the car there bc it over heats, and to tow it was almost 300.00. She told me, "I don't know what to tell ya, you, you bought an AS IS car." It's only been 3DAYS, not only that, I bought the extended warranty! They have been NO help. Also, we agreed on a price, and they overcharged me. I feel, they saw a woman Veteran, and took advantage of the situation. I have bought several cars, and by far, this was my worst experience overall. More

Buying a car is not at all my favorite event in life. Jessica was patient with me and gave me a good price on the vehicle I was looking at. Yovan was there the entire way to help me along the process. Finally, Phillip in finance was also patient with me and made it hurt less than I had expected. I’m not describing a dentist visit here. I happened to witness an award presentation from Ford to the dealership- overheard Ford rep say that only a selected few received this award as well as the owner say that his other dealerships weren’t winning like this. Wayne Akers Fors is top notch and if you must purchase a car I recommend the WAF experience. Thank you! More
