We stopped in while looking at some other cars in the area. Phillip showed us a beautiful certified GLC 300 that was in our price range. It was a 2018 that looked brand new. Accessible, responsive and knowledgeable -- Stellar experience. Working late hours I arrived at the dealership close to closing time. Phillip was with another customer, but someone else jumped in to ge experience. Working late hours I arrived at the dealership close to closing time. Phillip was with another customer, but someone else jumped in to get my test drive started. Phillip then took over, and thoroughly answered my questions. No high pressure, just knowledge sharing. I was not rushed at all. When I came back for test drive #2 Phillip gladly spent time discussing some of the features, but again, no high pressure. It was just a conversation. Very pleasant. The vehicle, by the way, is stunning-- quality and amazingly comfortable ride. Hands down the better choice over BMW. More
