This car was no where to be found and Phillip went above and beyond to find one that was coming to another state, traded another valuable car to them so he could get me my perfect car! He kept me posted regularly over the few months until the car come from Germany. He has been beyond professional and I've felt so well taken care of. I would have everyone planning on purchasing a BMW to go to Momentum BMW and visit Phillip! I also love my new car. It's beauty and luxury and at the same time sporty. I walked in with the intent of simply looking around as this was trip # 1. I had a written "wish list" (make, model, color, features, mileage, & price). Phillip flipped through his inventory & his first 4 suggestions did not meet my criteria. Suggestion #5 was perfect. An exterior paint "insurance" $890 was placed on the invoice which considering the normal crap of buying a car, was not significant just annoying. No hard sell for anything else. We had the paperwork signed within 30 min. I now own a car that is exactly what I wanted. I have been back to the dealership twice and found the entire Sonic team to be very well organized & customer friendly. They were careful to explain the car & it's safety features to me before I drove from the lot. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased from Momentum. I would recommend Phillip at Momentum to friends. More
