Amazing!!! Michael Haun goes above and beyond for the customers and is super knowledgeable. When I had a minor issue with my advisor he handled my issue immediately! He found a solution and used that as customers and is super knowledgeable. When I had a minor issue with my advisor he handled my issue immediately! The service department was very kind and knowledgeable. It did take longer than expected and it was difficult to get accurate updates, but they were pleasant when I spoke to them. They also lost my keys a It did take longer than expected and it was difficult to get accurate updates, but they were pleasant when I spoke to them. They also lost my keys and I was without my car for an additional day and late to work on Monday as a result which was disappointing, but they worked very hard to find them and again, we're very kind throughout the whole process. More

Always great service! Toyota of Knoxville’s service department has always been great to deal with. The staff is always friendly and the service techs are great about keepin Toyota of Knoxville’s service department has always been great to deal with. The staff is always friendly and the service techs are great about keeping your vehicle clean while they’re working on it. Never had any issues as a result of their work, that’s not easy to say about most service departments in today’s world. More
