The intake process wasn’t very smooth. There should be more help at the front to ensure a better experience when coming for service. Same goes for the pickup. I was told it would be 10 min and I went back and waited another 15, went up to check it my car was ready and it had been there waiting and they forgot to get me. More

Horrible experience, no one knows what’s going on. No one communicates to each other. I spoke to the service manager, he says he’ll call you back and never calls back. Horrible customer service. The extended warranty they push on you has a clause that you HAVE to bring it to their dealership, and you have to pay for your own tow to get it there. Super inconvenient, and incompetent. More

Kandice was great to work with. She kept me in the loop thought out the repair. Two hours for an oil change, with an appointment. They were very busy. What are appointments for?? Annoying music through the crappy dealer sound system. Confusion on their part as to whether I should be at the "Hyundai" dealer where I bought my 2015 Hyundai Genesis in June, 2014 and had the appointment, or the "Genesis" dealer a few miles north that came along around 2017 when the Hyundai Genesis was spun off as its own Genesis brand. If it had been a warm day, I would have waited outside to avoid the music. More
