I would strongly consider another dealer and not Zoltan. I drive firm Jacksonville which was 3 hours away and decided that for the price the car wasn’t worth it he then sends me this long text below trying I drive firm Jacksonville which was 3 hours away and decided that for the price the car wasn’t worth it he then sends me this long text below trying ti shame me for not buying the car. Totally unprofessional. That white car’s value didn’t change because of the interest rate. No! That’s how you look at it. The rate will change tomorrow but that Tesla’s value already dropped now and the market already changed before? We both know that’s not the case. Why did you agree to ours? We marked it sold for you and we could of sell it to someone else 4 days ago. We agreed to everything you just had to see our vehicle. You knew everything about our Tesla, but you were looking for reasons why you would not buy it for the price we agreed for, worked out so you can get the vehicle for less. Again agreed for! When people read that online knows nobody drives 3 hours for a “test drive” and you didn’t work the numbers, gave deposit etc. what we had done already. Everybody knows that and blame on the dealership because they don’t have more wiggle room and find that out later on by text and review. You knew exactly what you are doing and what the difference between models and years and just for the fun I looked into it too. I was actually reading about it when you just texted me now. You knew that before you came all the way here. Who does all that specifically after hours when nobody is there but the salesman crazy enough to leave his family behind to help you to purchase this gorgeous vehicle after when the dealerships Is closed what you forgot to mention. You saw an other one elsewhere and they lowered the price online but you still drove to see ours. Why? Why did you agree to buy ours and drive 3 hours expecting we have thousands or any more money left to give? You knew we agreed on the price and you put a deposit on it based on if you like the car when you drive it. It drives like a dream but it was much easier to post things online to make us look bad. ALL THIS WHAT YOU DID PROVES THAY YOU WERE NEVER READY TO BUY THE VEHICLE FOR THAT PRICE YOU AGREED FOR, AGAIN AGREED FOR BUT YOU STILL PROVIDED EVERYTHING AND DROVE 3 hours to get here after hours taking your chances and if we cant do what you planned and hoped for you trash us online. Thank God we didn’t do the tint on the vehicle you ask for and drove 3 hours just for “test drive” our Tesla and after hours blaming on the salesman and finance manager why they are trying to get things prepared for like you never agreed to anything and we make you buy the car WHEN YOU JUST CAME to TEST DRIVE IT. When my finance manager told me you said you are not sure you are buying the car and we agreed to everything I knew something doesn’t add up. Nobody does that and all the sudden the vehicle is not what you expected… by the way we didn’t advertise the vehicle online for more that what is and you knew what comes with the vehicle. Anyway, I was never pressuring you same as my finance manager. We tried to help you out Daniel but all that time we did for you meant nothing to you and got wasted. We are good people and we are not only kept our words and promises but we went beyond. I apologize we prepared everything to what we agreed for. This is the third time the rates went up this year but no one has control over that and we still sold cars and People will still need cars in the future. Just because that white Tesla’s price was dropped online it doesn’t mean it’s because the feds raised the rates! No!!! Every car has a cost and there is no reason to lose money to sell our used vehicle. There are no new cars or in very limited production. Supply demand! I agree we may sell less cars in the future (right now that’s not the case) but the value of those won’t just drop because of that. I think it will be totally the opposite. Used cars will worth more but if we would be that good to see the future I would rather buy a lottery ticket to win the billion prize instead. Mr. Daniel, I just got home and saw your text and the review you sent about us and the this text 1 hour after we were closed. We did the numbers before you drove all the way here and I also mentioned we don’t hold cars. We mark them sold When we agree on the price what I already helped you with and gave you $1000 less than the worksheet you asked me to beat. If you scroll up to our text conversation you said you can do that and you also told me you will give us the draft from your credit union and you will be in and out. “Got my bank check from navy federal, we just have to fill out the check together when I get there and should be pretty quick” You said you can do that and I also gave you an other $300 for the tint. We agreed on the price but you just had to see the car if you like it. You told me straight outside after test drive you are not purchasing this car because of the size of the screen, what you actually saw before you came down to us. I didn’t understand why you said that but I respected your decision. I knew we don’t have anything left in the deal to discount even more if you don’t like it. The finance manager didn’t do anything wrong since he was leaving and if you would of purchase the vehicle as it was planned nobody would be here to print your paperwork so he had to reach out to you. That was the only way to get prepared. He did that for you plus I came in on my dayoff since no sales people wanted to stay after hours. We were prepared and were ready even after hours when nobody else is here And I wanted to help you to set it up since you came after hours. I do that for my customers no matter what but… anyway That was missing from the review. The finance manager is the one who processes all your paperwork and he had to call you again otherwise you would not have registration, title paperwork and all your paperwork printed to sign. After you left from the store you texted me you wanted to be at $59500 what’s $2931 less to what we agreed on you are purchasing the vehicle for specially when nobody is here to do anything about it. I understand you make us look bad because you didn’t keep your words what we agreed on and nobody could give you almost 3k more or anything off the vehicle after you left and didn’t see your text just when I got home but you can’t blame on me or the dealership when we don’t have more money to give and what you had not ask for when you were here just keep Mentioning why you will get the 2021 instead. I only have one dayoff a week and I left my 4 years old daughter home to help you out. Unfortunately we don’t have $2931 or any money left to discount after everything we had done for you. I can’t believe when I saw the review you sent when we were not even in the store, closed but I should of assume you were trying to say you don’t like the screen in the car wind noise, side view camera layout and you will get a 2021 instead. That’s what you said and shakes my hand but now for less money you would of take it. If I would have anything left in it I would of give it to you if you ask me about it when we were here. I apologize again we don’t have it. If I knew that is what you are trying to do here even when we agreed on price I would have tell you that at the beginning please don’t drive all the way here. That’s why I told you from the beginning and I can screenshot it for you (many times) we don’t hold cars we mark them sold when we agreed on the purchase price and we did that already. You told me you just have to check the vehicle out. We thought you would be happy with the vehicle for the right price and still welcome you after hours prepared with everything. I apologize I wasn’t enough but I did my best. You have a Blessed Night. More

I met with Gwen Auxt in the Service Department and she was phenomenal. She explained everything so that I could understand the process. Calvin Goodwin escorted me to the Service Department due to Phillip Boone who I normally deal with was coming in at 11:00am that day. Carlos also was very helpful he took my keys to find where my vehicle was located. Overall everyone was very helpful, kind and concerned with you while being at Crown Eurocars. Thank you!!! More

Tom Cammarata has been my service advisor for years and has always been very professional and thorough. He is very accommodating and helpful in understanding the work that needs to be done. Philip Boone has been my regular sales person along with my friends for several years. Boone, as I call him, has been one of the nicest person I've ever met. He's very respectful and friendly at all times. His concerns for his customers continue long after the sale which is very commendable for the dealership. Thanks to Philip Boone, I just acquired my 8th Mercedes-Benz. The previous four were also from Crown Eurocars, and this is the third that Philip has put me in. I'm definitely a satisfied customer; Mercedes-Benz. The previous four were also from Crown Eurocars, and this is the third that Philip has put me in. I'm definitely a satisfied customer; he and they have earned my business. Regarding this experience in particular, Philip found me a great deal on a new SUV (especially in this economy/market) and Rob Wilson made the paperwork part both fast and easy. Tony Cintron was a pleasure to work with, as always. For those that don't know, he's the guy who shows you how to use all the stuff in your new vehicle... so that you don't have to figure it out for yourself. Am I satisfied with my new GLC? Absolutely. Will I purchase from Crown Eurocars again? Most definitely, especially if Philip Boone is still there the next time I'm looking for a new vehicle. More
