Very excellent service. I requested for my usual service advisor, Phil Crabtree. He knows my vehicle pretty well so he provided the best recommended service for my vehicle. The new thing is that instead of calling you they sent you a text message of what the technician found on your vehicle with pictures and recommended service which is a good thing and you need to approve which service you want. It just took a longer time for me to get an update when my vehicle was done with the service but overall good service. I can say prices went up but because of convenience I still chose to go here. Thank you again to Phil. More

Your service department is the best I've encountered over the years. Specifically, my service advisor - Phil Crabtree is by far the "best of the best". He is totally customer oriented and cares about your cu the years. Specifically, my service advisor - Phil Crabtree is by far the "best of the best". I have learned to trust him completlly over the years and he is the main reason I keep coming back to Findlay for mr my service and any repairs. Your technicians are also "top notch". More

2002 Toyota Camry - stalling when stopping at street lights - loud noise in rear when driving over objects like speed bumps - left car at service bay and got a lift home - two days later told to the car lights - loud noise in rear when driving over objects like speed bumps - left car at service bay and got a lift home - two days later told to the car was ready - got a lift to service dept. Paid .88 cents shy of $3,000.00 - drove out of the service bay and went over the speed bump and the loud noise was still there - I made a u-turn at the bay entrance and pulled back in - Spoke to the payment desk that after just paying 3 grand the problem is still there - asked to speak to Brian Short - unavailable - a service Mgr. named Steven asked what the issue was - I showed him the invoice for work done and we drove over the bump in the bay and he said "That's not good" I asked "don't they check their work when they are done?" - so I got a lift home - Steven offered to provide a rental but I declined - I found an invoice from 2014 where I requested this issue be addressed but all I get is charged for the work but a Band-Aid put on the problem - We have brought this car to Findlay for probably 15 years and also purchased a New highlander in 2013 so I haven't given up on Findlay but it is always a struggle to get that loyalty honored. Granted I am always taken care of it's always a struggle before hand. FYI Mr. Crabtree is supportive but there's only so much he can so as a service rep. More

My service Drive manager Phill Crabtree went above and beyond making sure that my 2024 Tacoma was taken cared off. I came in for my regular maintenance took the time to look over my records from centennia beyond making sure that my 2024 Tacoma was taken cared off. I came in for my regular maintenance took the time to look over my records from centennial Toyota it showed I was owed free oil change which he told me about. I feel comfortable bringing my truck here. I hope I get to work with you again sir. Thank you again. More
