The recent experience at the dealership was okay. Not completely satisfied with the service. There was a software update for the audio system. That software update did not work. I still have the same Not completely satisfied with the service. There was a software update for the audio system. That software update did not work. I still have the same issue , of the audio system not wanting to boot up right away. This is very frustrating, for a 30k vehicle that is only 2 years old. My next car will probably not be a Toyota. Phill Crabtree was a nice fellow, my problem was not with him personally. My issue is the Toyota factory radio is awful. More

The Service center is outstanding! Phill C. my service advisor went beyond and above helping me showing up at 3:15 with a battery light. This is for the service department. The sales department was excellent and they support my Local Military order of the purple heart Chapter 730. We had our 2024 Grand Highlander in for the airbag replacement recall and the hard plastics in the rear side cargo areas were really scratched up. Didn't realize it till later but we hardly use the car. We use it less then 2500 miles a year! More
