Jay took care of my paperwork, texted me and called me when the mechanic asked about additional repairs. Professional all the way. I trust these guys because I have been returning to Albany Ford-Subaru si when the mechanic asked about additional repairs. Professional all the way. I trust these guys because I have been returning to Albany Ford-Subaru since I bought my Forester in 2001. I have had the Repairs Department call me to say that they over-estimated and that my actual bill is less than they stated. How's that for honesty? Both the shuttle drivers, Rick and Philip were skillful and personable. I enjoyed our conversations. More

My experience at Albany Subaru was an example of excellence in service. The service department demonstrated integrity from the start and every step following. The initial problem, which they resol excellence in service. The service department demonstrated integrity from the start and every step following. The initial problem, which they resolved quickly, uncovered another issue that resulted in the need of monitoring which led to an extensive repair. They informed me that these repairs were covered by SOA's 5/60 warranty but the warranty was ending within weeks and we were traveling within a shorter period. They coordinated with SOA and moved this repair forward on the service calendar to be certain the repairs would be complete before the warranty ends and our travel started. Yet another problem surfaced that added to the repair. Again they accelerated an order for parts and the additional work. Because of this compounding repair I interfaced with several people over 3 weeks sorting out the problems, getting the best advice the best solution. Every person I met was exceptionally nice and considerate. Every person I met was single mindedly trying to help in resolve the problems. Simply put there is a culture of excellence and integrity in the Albany Service Center. You leave with more than a serviced car, which seems secondary to getting the experience and attention of a team of professionals that are really good at what they do.
